IdleShift is a fitness application designed for remote workers. We provide exercise routines, custom playlists, AI-generated workouts, gamified fitness modes, focus sessions, and productivity tools.
You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use IdleShift. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
IdleShift offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription at the rate of £3.50 per month.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

All content on IdleShift, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of IdleShift or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within IdleShift, such as custom exercises, playlists, notes, and tasks. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.
